Intervention agent/intervention driver candidate profile:
- Sportsman or former sportsman practicing wrestling, boxing, karate, etc.
- Resistance to stress, emotional stability, increased responsibility, social intelligence and dedication are the traits without which the holder of this position cannot integrate into our team.
- Holding a firearm certificate is an advantage;
- Team spirit;
- Good communication and relationship skills;
- Calm, emotionally balanced person;
- Physical strength and mental endurance;
- Certified security and order agent-or enrolled in such a course
- Age: 25 - 35 years;
- Height: minimum 1.70 m;
- Category B driver's license (with at least 1 year of practical experience);
- Stable domicile in Brașov or surroundings;
- Availability to work day and night shifts;
- Distributive attention and a good spirit of observation;
- Team spirit, availability for strict compliance with rules and procedures;
- Seriousness, firmness, self-discipline;
- Resistance to stress and emotional stability.;

Security and order agent candidate profile
- Certified as Security and Order Agent;
- Communication and relationship skills;
- Spirit of observation;
- Ability to retain details;
- Conscientiousness, strict compliance with rules and procedures;
- Ability not to be easily intimidated;
- Not entered in the Judicial Record.
- Graduates of at least 8 classes;
- Satisfied military service;
- Not to have a criminal record for crimes committed with intent;
- Distributive attention and mobility.
- Age 25-55 years.
Area coordinator/head of objective candidate profile
- Secondary / higher studies and/or military profile - experience in the field is an advantage;
- Minimum 2 years experience in management positions;
- Knowledge about the security activity (device, plan, general and private records, weapons and ammunition regime, legislation in force, security systems, etc.);
- Good organizer, leadership and decision-making capacity, responsibility, involvement, firmness;
- Holding a firearm certificate is an advantage;
- English language - intermediate level;
- Certified security and order agent;
- Legislation in the field of security; Law 333/2003, Law 295/2004;
- Driver's license cat. B;
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office;
- Availability to extendable schedule;
- Seriousness;
- Impeccable conduct;
- Personal car;
- Clean criminal record.
Dispatcher candidate profile
- Former military personnel (police, army, gendarmes) is an advantage
- Security certificate
- Knowledge in the field of alarm and intrusion detection systems, fire protection systems, communication systems;
- Intermediate PC operating skills (including Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Availability to work day and night shifts;
- Distributive attention, ability to manage several problems simultaneously;
- Availability for strict compliance with rules and procedures;
- Responsibility, initiative, the ability to make quick decisions;
- Dynamism, rigorous way of organizing one's own activity, resistance to stress;
- Clean criminal record;
- Age 25-55 years;
- Minimum high school studies.
