The bodyguard is provided by specialized security and protection companies that have received a license for this purpose, only by specially certified personnel, and SC Protector Agency SRL has personnel licensed to provide this type of service.

Individuals can hire bodyguards only on the basis of a contract concluded with specialized security and protection companies.
While on duty, bodyguard personnel have, among others, the following specific obligations:
- To defend the person for whom he provides the bodyguard against attacks that endanger his life, bodily integrity, health or property;
- To take the first measures to save the person receiving the bodyguard, when he/she was injured;
- Not to perform, at the request of the bodyguard beneficiary, activities that exceed the limit of his legal duties;
- To stop and immobilize, depending on the possibilities, the people who have committed acts of a nature to endanger the life, bodily integrity, health or property of the person they are protecting and to hand them over immediately to the nearest unit of police, without abandoning his bodyguard duties.
The rates are calculated according to the requested services.
